1. The port parameters corresponding to the product can be seen in the specification image.

2. Please make sure your laptop type C support DisplayPort Alt mode (Video Ouput), other wise HDMI and VGA port of USB-C docking station will not work.

3. For a stable connection, please connect the power to the hub when the devices connected to this hub exceed the total current of 900mA max, other wise output current may become unstable or disconnected.

4.Not intended for use with gaming devices and high powered devices (external hard drives/iPad pro 2018/Mojave/Switch/Apple USB Super Drive etc.) or adding extra extension cable for hub as it may cause slow transmission, HDMI port not recognized or other connective issues.

5. HDMI and VGA ports can be used simultaneously, but the maximum resolution of both sides is 1080P.
